CodeQuickLinks creates a rail module with quick links to the user's local JavaScript and CSS files, the user's Community Central global JS and CSS files, and the wiki's MediaWiki pages.
This script was intended to be installed in a user's global.js file, but it may also be implemented locally or on a site-wide level, depending on the needs of the user.
