Autoprefixer is a tool that adds all necessary vendor prefixes to your CSS. It's a plugin to PostCSS. It uses Can I use as a source of data about what vendor prefixes to add. That means you can stop worrying and tracking what prefixes should you use now, you can just set up the tool and forget about prefixes whatsoever. You can read more about it on:

At FANDOM, we use this tool in our mobile skin and we match Can I Use configuration with our Supported Browsers. That means we can write less CSS and be sure that we do support all major browsers.
